Street Paving
The City of Portland recently received a 50/50 Community Crossings Matching Grant in the amount of $239,205.00. The grant money will be used for resurfacing of Industrial Drive and Wayne Street with the addition on updating curb ramps. It is estimated that this project will start early summer and be completed by early fall.

Waste Water Treatment Plant
Upgrades continue at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Some of the upgrades include Final Clarifier tanks and an oxidation ditch. Other improvements include pump station upgrades, sewer separations and replace catch basins.
